ECHO Information Security Basic Policy

Based on our corporate philosophy, ECHO will handle information entrusted to us by customers and business partners, information held by ECHO, and systems for managing and operating such information (hereinafter referred to as "information assets"). Recognizing that information is an important asset in ECHO’s business activities, we have established a basic policy for the purpose of systematically and continuously ensuring information security.

 ECHO will continuously promote and improve information security based on the following policies.

•  Comply with laws and regulations regarding information security.
• Ensure information security and protect information assets from threats such as cyberattacks, we will manage and operate systematically and take necessary measures.
• Regularly conduct audits and reviews of information security measures and constantly improve them.
• Enlighten all employees by conducting regular information security education and raise awareness of the importance of information security.
• In the event of an accident or incident related to information security, we will promptly analyze the cause and take corrective action.
